Answers about downloads, platforms and using the files. For setup steps, see the guides.
Buying and downloading
Where do I find my files after buying?
Checkout happens on Etsy. Once the payment goes through, the zip file is in your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews, and you can download it again from there at any time.
How do I contact you?
Send us a message through Etsy.
Platforms and sizes
Which platforms do the files work on?
Emote packs and channel point icons come in sizes for Twitch, Discord and Kick. Stream panels are 320 px wide, which is the panel width on both Twitch and Kick. Sub badges and bit badges are made for Twitch, with 500 px copies for personal use.
Each product page lists the exact files and sizes under Files and sizes.
Why does Twitch show my emote as “Pending Approval”?
Twitch reviews new emotes before viewers can see them; until then the emote shows a watch icon. Partners in good standing and Affiliates who meet Twitch’s criteria skip the review. Badges and panels are not reviewed and appear as soon as you save them.
Using the files
Can I use the files on more than one platform?
Yes. The files are for your own channels and servers, so you can use the same pack on your Twitch channel, your Discord server and your Kick channel.
